Codeso, short for finca Confianza del sol, an environmental project in Costa Rica.
Our mission is to create space for nature and people to benefit each other.
We strive for a sustainable balance between production of wood and nature preservation.
This year we expanded with a new project: organic farming.
The organic farm Aurelia is committed to environmental protection, coexistence of income oriented farms with nature.
Our mission is resulting in a variety of activities including participation in other local projects.

Dia del arbol!

Dia del arbol was an initiative of the director of the "colegio bilingüe y jóvenes' of the La Cruz district. They invited 'Santa Elena Preserve' and the National University to participate the tree planting in the bilingual school. The trees were donated fruit trees like mango, guava, lemons and papayas. Also native trees such as Cocobolo, Yellow Cortez and Black Cortez. And further more trees that have attractive flowers to flora and fauna.
