Mujeres de Bahia Salinas

In the 10 years we are working and living in the Bahia Salinas, we became involved in the social surrounding. Many of the people are poor and with low perspectives and a low self esteem.

Local social service started courses empowerment for women, and we where asked to organise a course in handycrafts. So we started a womens group, to teach crafts and art and help the women sell their works.

An other project in line with the womens project is helping local artisans to make things that people like and help them to sell . We just started, but already it is amazing what talents emerge from unexpected places.

After the rainy saison we will start this course again in the studio. Products will be sold there.
